AeroShell Grease 22 is a versatile advanced general purpose grease composed of a synthetic hydrocarbon oil thickened with Microgel®, with outstanding performance characteristics. Appropriate additives are included
to achieve the necessary oxidation and corrosion resistance, anti-wear properties and load carrying properties.
The useful operating temperature range is –65°C to +204°C.

AeroShell Grease 22 is a is versatile multipurpose water resistant grease widely recognized for its outstanding anti-wear properties, excellent load carrying capacity and oxidation stability since it is synthetic oil based and contains Microgel non-melting inorganic thickener. AeroShell Grease 22 is specially designed for aircraft wheel bearings, engine accessories and airframe lubrication, and for general anti-friction bearings operating at high speeds and at high or low temperatures due to its useful temperature range of -85° F (-65° C) to +400° F (+204° C).


AeroShell Grease 22 contains a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and should not be used in contact with incompatible seal materials. Refer to the General Notes at the front of this section for further information.
